The structure is made from seedlings steel, welded onto special plates, suitable for the insertion of the curtain, and fixed to the base cement armed, by suitable screws or cages foundation previously drowned in the same. Everything is designed for insertion of monolithic slabs framed with profile sheet sp. 15/10 galvanized, bent.
The plates are usually used for sound barriers in extruded polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA), with European certification EN 1793 to 1794 and German-ZTW Lsw 88 having thermoplastic characteristics, qualities similar to glass: rigid, transparent, with good weather resistance and chemical agents, colorless and of a great clarity.
